These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website roswell.pet and the pet waste removal services provided by Roswell Pet Waste Management LLC.

1. Services

Roswell Pet Waste Management provides professional pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties located in Roswell, Georgia and surrounding areas.

• Removal of pet waste from yard areas

• Scheduled recurring cleanup services

• One-time yard cleanups

• HOA or commercial pet waste management

• Waste station maintenance (where applicable)

The specific services provided will depend on the service plan selected. Service availability may depend on location, scheduling capacity, and weather conditions.

2. Service Scheduling

Services are performed using route-based scheduling. Customers may request preferred service days, but the Company cannot guarantee specific service days or times.

Customers may schedule services through our website or other booking methods.

Service frequency may include:

weekly service
bi-weekly service
one-time cleanups
HOA or commercial contracts
Waste station maintenance (where applicable)

Service days may vary depending on routing efficiency, weather conditions, holidays, route optimization, and operational needs. Roswell Pet Waste Management reserves the right to adjust service days when necessary.

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions including:

• heavy rain, flooding, standing water or exessive mud

• thunderstorms

• ice or snow

• tall grass the prohibits collection of pet waste

• unsafe ground conditions

When possible, missed services may be completed on the next available route day. Customers will be notified when possible of service schedules change.

3. Property Access Requirements and Liability

Customers agree to provide safe access to the service area. Customers must ensure:

Yard gates are unlocked and accessible
Dogs or other animals are secured or friendly
the yard is accessible during scheduled service times
The yard is free of hazards that could endanger technicians.

Hazards may include:

broken glass
aggressive animals
unsecured debris
construction hazards
hazardous chemicals

If service cannot be performed due to restricted access, the visit may be skipped and may still be billed.

Dog Safety and Behavior

Customer represents that all dogs on the property are safe and non-aggressive.

Customer agrees that:

Dogs showing aggressive or threatening behavior meust be secured before serice
The technician may refuse service if a dog appears dangerous
The Company reserves the right to skip service if technician safety is at risk

4. Initial Cleanup Fees

Properties with excessive accumulation of pet waste may require an initial cleanup service before recurring services can begin.

Additional fees may apply depending on yard condition.

5. Payment Terms

Payment may be required in advance or according to the billing plan selected during service enrollment. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices. Recurring service customers may be enrolled in automatic billing.

Authorization

By providing payment information and enrolling in recurring service, the Customer authorizes Roswell Pet Waste Management to charge the designated payment method for scheduled services.

Charges may include:

• recurring weekly or bi-weekly service fees

• initial cleanup services

• additional services requested by the Customer

• applicable taxes or processing fees

Billing Schedule

Billing may occur monthly or per service depending on the service plan. Recurring customers will be billed according to their selected service plan.

Typical billing schedules may include:

• Monthly recurring billing

• Service-based billing (per visit)

• Contract billing for commercial or HOA services

The billing date may occur on the same day each month or according to the Company's billing cycle.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

• approved online payment services

The Customer agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file for recurring services.

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails due to insufficient funds, expired card information, or other processing errors:

• the Company may attempt to reprocess the payment

• services may be suspended until payment is received

• additional fees may apply for returned payments

Changes to Billing

Customers may request changes to their billing information at any time by contacting Roswell Pet Waste Management.

Billing updates should be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to ensure proper processing.

Cancellation of Recurring Billing

Customers may cancel recurring billing by providing notice to Roswell Pet Waste Management. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to prevent additional charges.

Service cancellation does not automatically refund previously billed services already performed. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in service charges.

Charge Authorization

The Customer agrees that charges may be processed electronically without additional signatures for each transaction once authorization is granted.

This authorization remains in effect until the Customer cancels recurring service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roswell Pet Waste Management will take reasonable care when providing services.

However, the Company is not responsible for:

pre-existing lawn damage
hidden yard hazards
property conditions outside our control
damage caused by unsecured pets

Our liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent service visit. Customers assume responsibility for maintaining safe yard conditions.

8. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on roswell.pet, including logos, graphics, text, and design elements, is the property of Roswell Pet Waste Management LLC and may not be used without permission.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

13. Agreement
